Modularized Mechanical Drilling Rigs
1. Introduction
The rigs are powered by diesel engines, electric motors or combined power packs. New technologies have been applied into our drilling rigs, such as single shaft drawworks, hydraulic disc brake or manual brakes, digital controlling system, SCR control systems, dynamic braking systems, automatic bit-feeding and integrated instrumentation, etc.
We can provide different types of drilling rigs for various drilling applications at the request of customers, along with the relevant mud circulation systems, drilling manifolds and other drilling tools, etc. And we can also provide customized rigs as per customer's special requirements.
The products are produced under API 4F, 7K, 8C, 6A, and 16C, etc., our manufacturing process can be supervised by customers, inspected and certified by any third party inspections.
2. Main features
● The power transmission system is designed to adopt the mode of diesel engine and hydraulic coupler (torque converter) and integral chain compound box, featuring high driving efficiency and reasonable power distribution.
● The modules of 4000m or above rigs are laid out in the way of front high rear low, and the power and transmission system will be installed in the low position. The rotary table is driven by a universal shaft.
● The drawworks is designed to have an integral chain driving mechanism, remote air-controlled mechanical hear-shifting. A hydraulic disc (a hand brake is optional) is adopted to be main brake, and eddy current brake as auxiliary brake.
● The substructure is designed to be of piled-box-type, or swing-up type.
● The compound box can be fitted with energy-saving generator and automatic blower.
● Independent driller control cabin, centralized electric/air/hydraulic controls, unified layout of instruments will ensure driller's intelligent and simple operations.
● Intelligent control over travelling block, to avoid collision and bumping.
● And integral guiding rail can be fitted for cluster well operations.
● Network electric drive rigs are also available (motor hydraulic coupling set for electric motor).
